Open Positions
Lead Carpenter
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, reliable Lead Carpenter to manage site execution and guide a small, dedicated crew. You will work directly with project management to keep builds on schedule while maintaining top-tier craftsmanship.
Requirements:

5+ years of custom residential carpentry experience.

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and maintain a positive, efficient site vibe

Strong blueprint reading, problem-solving, and scheduling skills

Clear communication with PMs and site team.

Own tools (cordless kit and basic tools we supply major tools) and reliable winter-ready transportation
Pay: $48 – $55+ / hour (DOE) + Spirit Pass
Experienced Carpenters
We are hiring experienced and reliable carpenters for multiple high-end residential sites across Whistler. If you take pride in clean work, want to level up your finishing skills, and prefer working with a solid team, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

3+ years of residential carpentry experience

Solid understanding of architectural details, framing, and timber/finishing work

Strong work ethic, reliable, and team-oriented

Own basic hand tools and winter-ready transport
Pay: $38 – $46+ / hour (DOE) + Spirit Pass
Apprentice Carpenters
We are looking for motivated apprentice carpenters to join our team. If you’re looking to develop your skills, gain experience working on exceptional homes, and advance your carpentry career, we want to hear from you.

2nd-year apprentice, or beginning your apprenticeship with previous on-site construction experience
