Open Positions
Lead Carpenter
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, reliable Lead Carpenter to manage site execution and guide a small, dedicated crew. You will work directly with project management to keep builds on schedule while maintaining top-tier craftsmanship.
Requirements:

5+ years of custom residential carpentry experience.

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and maintain a positive, efficient site vibe

Strong blueprint reading, problem-solving, and scheduling skills

Clear communication with PMs and site team.

Own tools (cordless kit and basic tools we supply major tools) and reliable winter-ready transportation
Pay: $48 – $55+ / hour (DOE) + Spirit Pass
Experienced Carpenters
We are hiring experienced and reliable carpenters for multiple high-end residential sites across Whistler. If you take pride in clean work, want to level up your finishing skills, and prefer working with a solid team, we want to hear from you.

Solid understanding of architectural details, framing, and timber/finishing work

Strong work ethic, reliable, and team-oriented

Own basic hand tools and winter-ready transport
